Girl with relapsed ALCL (anaplastic large cell lymphoma), primary lesion in the left temporal region

at the age of 10 underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from a HLA matched sister
at the age of 12 was diagnosed with steroid resistant, extensive chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) with scleroderma involving >60% of skin area
Currently treated pharmacologically (ruxolitinib) and with extracorporeal photoheresis (ECP)
