- Treatment in Primary Care since discharge from hospital.

Previous Treatment
- In 54 days take 4 different antibiotics.
- Pain 9/10 each treatment. No pain relief prescribed.
- Last treatment plan (4 weeks) – Cleanse with Povidone-iodine, hydrogel, sodium carboxymethylcellulose with 1,2% silver and polyurethane foam.
Reason for change
Patient said that was getting worse every treatment. Increasing pain
