- Change treatment to Vulnamin Cream (48hours)

- Start to closed by second intention after 2 treatments
- Small amout of exudate
- No inflammatory signs
- Change treatment to Vulnamin Powder with NPWT at -75mmHg (96hours)

- After 8 days of Vulnamin Powder with NPWT
- Almost closed
- Small amout of exudate
- No pain related
- Perilesional skin in good condition
