  • Debridement small of the necrosis

24 hours

  • Debridement of all necrosis
  • Small amout of exudate
  • Less redness
  • Perilesional skin healed
  • Change treatment to Vulnamin Cream  (48hours)
  • Start to closed by second intention after 2 treatments
  • Small amout of exudate
  • No inflammatory signs
  • Change treatment to Vulnamin Powder with NPWT at -75mmHg (96hours)
  • After 8 days of Vulnamin Powder with NPWT
  • Almost closed
  • Small amout of exudate
  • No pain related
  • Perilesional skin in good condition
